2007 ORCHID SHOW AND SALE Jan 6 & 7, 2007 “Go for the Golds ”

The Sarasota Orchid Society will hold its 50th Annual Orchid Show and Sale, featuring Florida-based growers show casing thousands of award-winning orchids, on January 6 and 7th at the Sarasota Municipal Auditorium, 801 Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, FL.  Show hours are 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. There is a $2.00 admission and children under 8 are free.

The theme, “Go for the Gold ” will use thousands of orchids hanging and cascading throughout the Municipal Auditorium in every size and color imaginable.

Participating vendors at the Annual Orchid Show & Sale will be: Ritter Orchids, Canaima Orchids, Featherstone Orchids, Florida Suncoast Orchids, Hicks Orchid Supplies, Chapman Orchids, Pelican Coast Farms, Odom Orchids, Orchid Mania, Orchids Etcetera, Plantio La Orquidea, Nature on the Rocks, Venice Orchids, Marie Selby Botanical Garden Orchid Display, Marie Selby Botanical Book Store, Jon Richie (Orchid Art), Stig Dalstrom (Botanical Art).

Participating Orchid Societies are Sarasota Orchid Society, Venice Area Orchid Society, and theTampa Bay Orchid Society.
